What Anderson doesn't tell people is that by the time you need their warranty, they'll change their actual name. Now they're renewal by Anderson. They used to be just Anderson Windows. Grandmother put your windows in all our houses. By the time she needed your supposed warranty you changed your name and didn't honor your warranty. It'll never be forgotten. So it'll be curious what you'll change your name to in the next two decades...

-Many large casement windows having trouble shutting without assistance from outside-no help from Andersen resolving this ongoing problem -3 out of 20 windows have finger and handprints between glass panels, impossible to clean without replacement -Andersen will send replacement glass on some warranty issues, labor is on customer-hundreds to thousands $ to pay out of pocket -Never buying Andersen again!

I get advertisements from Renewal by Andersen in the mail at least once a week, and the emails are borderline stalker‑ish — they go into detail about my home in a way that feels intrusive. Before all of that started, I actually gave them a chance and called when they advertised a 20–30% discount. Even with that discount, they told me they would still be significantly more expensive than any competitor. I appreciated the honesty, but I made it clear I wasn’t interested if they cost more than everyone else even with a discount. Despite letting them know that, I still get mail and emails.

I spent $10,000 to have new front doors installed on my house. Now when it rains water comes inside and I have to put a towel down to soak it up. I have tried calling them 3 times and they haven't returned my calls.
